A Rehearsel Space is available just off Capel street.Roughly it works out around € 40 each time you use it.We are asking for € 150 off each band for a... month of practice if they would like to do one day a week.If they would like to rehearse for two days in every week for a full month which works out roughly 8 sessions we would ask you for € 300 and so and so on. P.A provided with speakers.A lock up facility for gear provided also for extra € 40 per month.

Myself and some others have taken over a premises near Capel street to let as rehearsal spaces. Currently there are two rooms left for rent:
• An... approx 15x15 Ft. room. Would suit a 3-5 piece band. €600 per month.
• A smaller room, suitable for 1-2 people. Previously used by a drummer to give lessons in. Could be used similarly by musician for lessons or just as a small practice room. €350 per month.
The rooms will be fully sound proofed and should be available by mid January. I..

White, as you can tell from the pics, I used this same guitar to record an album and I'm... only selling because I picked up another one so having two's a bit much. I was so impressed with it.
