Just got the MCD newsletter and it says he's playing 14th October and on ticketmaster it says tickets went on sale Sunday at 6pm, but none are on sale now. I never heard about it but would give anything to go. Anyone on here get tickets

Rock singer Courtney Love is pregnant by Alan Partridge star Steve Coogan, it was reported today.

Westlife singer Mark Feehily has revealed that he is gay, saying that the time was right for him to let people know the truth.

I'm just curious as I picked up Saint Etienne 'Foxbase Alpha' today after Binokular highly recommended them. It's not the type of music I would normally go for but I like the album alot so far. I wondered if anyone made any recent discoveries for themselves that was down to them reading it on...

The people of Slane can relax as the countrys biggest ever potential knackerfest has been cancelled. Eminem has pulled out of his entire european tour citing exhaustion (celebrity speak for rehab).
Refunds are available from Friday so be wary of a large groups of disappointed skangers making their way to Bud Rising or Electric Picnic as an alternative.

It seems that Kanye West has followed in the footsteps of his mentor Jay-Z. Last year Dangermouse spliced together Jay-Z's Black album with the Beatles White album. Now some fella called Lushlife has done a bootleg of the Beach Boy's Pet Sounds and Kanye West's The College Drop Out. If you're interested you can download the whole album including artwork here;

I don't know what the reason is; The Kaiser Chiefs, Brett Anderson and Bernard Butler reuniting, the ten year anniversary of Blur vs. Oasis, but every second article I read in a music mag seems to make some reference to Brit Pop. Most of the comments are derogatory but I still can't stop myself from being over whelmed with teenage nostalgia whenever I think of Shine Compilations, Select Magazine, TFI Friday and borrowing tapes off my friends in transition year.
