8 Replies and 1469 Views Rolling Stones: Retire or Keep Rockin?  1469  8 Started by  Gar I have to admit to being highly sceptical about anything Mick Jagger says in public or towards anything the Rolling Stones intend to release, especially with their world tour due to hit Dublin next year. But their latest album 'A Bigger Bang' is pretty good. Not their best but still worth turning the volume up for. Anybody got opinions on it or their world tour

I'll be nipping in to Tower on Saturday the 8th to catch the show and pick up a copy of their album. Favourite song is New York, followed closely by Time we said goodnight.

5 Replies and 1512 Views Empire strikes back - Oxygen vs Electric Picnic  1512  5 Started by  Pilchard theres a very interesting survey over on the oxygen site about what people liked and didnt like about this year's festival, then, at the end, they add in a few questions about the Picnic. It would seem that MCD are preparing early for next summer's festival battle and see the picnic as competition http://www.oxegen.ie/survey/survey_b.php Dunno about u but i think there was no comparison btw the two and i also would think they attract 2 totally different crowds. Any views
