The Best Debut Album of All Time!!! 7846 29
Started by peace03
Now, I'm not comparing bands here, and I'm not talking about classic albums of all time. Just wonderin', if all bands were compared on their debut albums, who is the best. Well here are my suggestions;
Stone Roses - Self Titled
Planxty - Self Titled
The Wailers - Catch A Fire
Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures (we were robbed of somethin' beautiful)
Oasis - Definitely Maybe (quiet down the back there please)
Rage Against the Machine - Self Titled
Horslips - Happy to Meet, Sorry to Part

Settler is a five piece alt-pop band whose debut album, Life Upstream, is a mixed bag of folk, alt-country and pop-rock goodies. According to the Sunday Tribune, it is '...filled with heart-lifting folk pop....Life Upstream is absolutely lovely, and it's the most enjoyable album of the year so far' (five stars out of five). The band is currently finishing its sec...

Saturday 24th May in The Village. 10 Europes.
New mini-album from The Jimmy Cake in June featuring a load of new crazy tracks and an 80 piece choral reworking of Limestone Tiger off our last album. We just felt there weren't enough people in the band and that we needed 80 more. It's just never enough.
The Jimmy Cake: Always wanting more.
Cheers folks.
