hey everyone.
i've decided that this country and the 'music scene' of dublin
arent for me anymore and after seeing duke spirit in tbmc a few weeks ago i've decided to move to london. i was just wonderin if anyone new anything abot the scene over there or whatever(is there a cluas type site for the london scene)
any info/advice much appreciated.

For those it may concern .. Large Mound are launching their second album, Go Forth and Amplify, with a gig in Whelans on Wednesday August 11th. The album is the followup to 2002's Raised on Rock. We're holding a Ladyfest Disco in Dalymount Park Bar (Bohemian's Football Ground) on Thursday the 12th of August. Doors will open at 8pm, and it'll cost you a measly €5, the venue is wheelchair accessible and the booze is cheap n tasty - €3.10ish for a pint, spirit & mixer €4.10ish.
Could you say better than that Yep - the music will be provided by Ladyfest Dj's and party tunes will abound. We'll also be having a raffle at this and there will be deadly prizes up for grabs.
