Gnarls Barkley- 'Crazy'. A work of magnificent genius, utterly flawless, brilliant, brilliant, brilliant...the best, most worthy Number 1 in living memory.

Crazy was fun a few months ago, but now you can get Dr. John Harbison on the case: methinks it's been played to death.
Some daycent tracks on the rest of the album though.

Thing is, I never listen to the radio apart from Donal Dineen so 'Crazy' is still very fresh to me. I was wondering how I could be so passionate about a number 1 that is constantly on the radio but 'Crazy' is different. It's actually quite f**ked up.

Yeah, know what your saying. Some tunes you just can't get sick of. I had the same with Nelly's Hott in Here. seriously; one of my favourite tunes of the last few years. tiga did a deadly version of it too.
I'm just a snob. when i hear muppets saying "play that 'Gnarly Birklay' tune", a little part of me dies.

Best thing I've heard in the last six months is "Witching Hour" by Ladytron, it's been out a while now but I'm still listening to it practically every day.

Anyone hear the Dublin Guitar Quartet's offering? Really good stuff. See they're supporting Final Fantasy in Wh***n's (seems to be dirty word now) in May. Should be worth checkin' out.

Amiina ....... 4 Icelandic lasses that are playing support for Sigur Ros on their current tour.
Amazing stuff, all instrumental. They manage to 'play' a saw, some wine glasses and a collection of desk bells (y'know the bells you'd ring at a counter to draw someones attention).

Saw them supporting sigur ros in the Olympia and they were indeed fantastic. They do the strings on most of the Sigur Ros songs but I was really impressed with their own material.
