Ok at one time it was believed the earth was the center universe, yes it was a theory but it was a theory proved wrong. On the other hand an omnicentric universe is a widely believed theory by cosmologists today and there is no reason to think that it is not true.

I can't possibly comment on Omnicentre Santry theory, i'm not familiar with this area of study and it would be foolhardy of me to pretend otherwise all I can say is that it's common knowledge among astronomers that shiny tracksuits have been detected in other galaxies but its all being covered up by a fashion conspiracy.
