s**t! It was his bandmates that were arrested not the pathetic, moon-faced, junkie loser himself. When I saw 'arrested' and a picture of Doherty,my mistake is understandable...anyway hang on in there Pete you might make one full week without being thrown in a cell, surely some sort of personal milestone? Go Pete!

LOL.
He is in court in England the day before his Dublin gig. He has to pass a drug test. If he fails it, he could be remanded in custody.
I like Doherty, you can sell as many stories as you want about him to the tabloids.
Looking forward to the gig, should be a laugh

Stop the Presses ....
Babyshambles' guitarist Patrick Walden has been remanded in prison after being charged with common assault.
The on-off member of Pete Doherty's band has been accused of assaulting his girlfriend Nadia Patane at their north London home.
Walden pleaded not guilty to the common assault charge at Thames Magistrates court and will now be held on remand at Pentonville Prison until April 13, the Sunday Mirror reports.
As previously reported on NME.COM, the guitarist was believed to have quit Babyshambles after he didn't appear with the band when they began their UK in January, but has since played occasional shows with the group.

sorry to ruin your fun but I can categorically tell you now that
PETE DOHERTY IS THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE
the reason being is that the universe is omnicentric which means that there is no one center everything in the universe is at the center of the universe. Libertines and Babyshambles fans were right all along, Stephen Hawkings is a big fan apparently.

*Omnicentre is just a theory, as was the theory that the Earth was the centre of the universe.
Dogherty could, but probably isn't the centre of the universe.
* Not to be confused with the Omniplex in Santry. Thats a completely different universe of shiny tracksuits !!

There is no centre of the universe! According to the standard theories of cosmology, the universe started with a "Big Bang" about 14 billion years ago and has been expanding ever since. Yet there is no centre to the expansion. It is the same everywhere. The Big Bang should not be visualised as an ordinary explosion. The universe is not expanding out from a centre into space. The whole universe itself is expanding and it is doing so equally at all places, as far as we can tell.
That's Pete Doherty f**ked then. And the Omnicentre in Santry.
