I had Mogwai's 'Ten Rapid' for 2 years before I played it. It's an odds and ends thingy from their early days. When Rock Action failed to light up the cd player I stuck on 'Ten Rapid' and boy what a shock. This is the bands best release, tingling spines can be dangerous but with this album its worth the risk.

Hmmmm. Swayed by the myriad of good reviews and the fact that the second single was brilliant, I bought the Kings Of Leon "Aha Shake Heartbreak" album only to be disappointed by it's plodding by - the numbers - rawk. And I SO wanted to like it. Will I change my mind before seeing them support U2 ? Watch this space.....

Van Morrisons Astral Weeks was a serious grower for me, I didn't get it at first, and I think I tried too hard to....... then just let it play and relaxed whilst listening to it and realised how f*ckin brilliant it is!
