hahah, i dont agree with clamps, and im guessing we dont subscribe to some of the same newsletters ("Anger Weekly", "Venting your rage at performers for beginers") but he's/she's funny.
Some people take themselves too seriously, but so too do some of their audience!
Hecklers are usually just drunk and almost never outshine the artist. It's the measure of a class act if they can not just survive a heckler, but get everyone on side against him/her (OK ladies, fair is fair, I've not ever even heard of a female heckler, but equality is what it is!)
