Whatever about the music, I think it's great that SEBP got the €10k.. of all the artists shortlisted, they're the one's that could most do with the cash - most of the others are signed to labels or have sold reasonably well enough to finance themselves already.

As an award, it's hardly on par with the likes of the Brits or NME awards in terms of exposure - basically it's just a cash prize, so it's good to gibe it to someone who's not just gonna spend it on renovating their kitchen.
