Has anyone heard the album? Is it any good? I saw them live in London supporting Two Gallants but wouldn't have bought the album on the strength of the performance. I thought the drums were really lame, so the band lacked drive. The singer reminds me of Jeff Buckley, which I can't decide is a good thing or not.

Yep they're supporting Clap Your Hands Say Yeah in Tripod. The album is ok but nothing to get really excited about. And the start of that song "We used to Vacation" reminds me of that Maroon 5 song "This Love",which is by no means a good thing!!

From what I've read on other forums is that the record does not live up to its promises. Therefore I'm not gonna bother checking it out.

Great album. Love "St John", "Hospital Beds" and the two singles. Only minor gripe is that the singer might get a bit too earnest and shouty at points, but that seems to be de rigeur in these post Arcade Fire times. Shouty/Whiney = 4 Real. Or something.

They have been just announced as the support for the White Stripes tour of America.
