Having recently signed worldwide contracts with U.S. based UFO Music and international booking agents Fleming & Associates, things continue to go from strength to strength at The Guggenheim Grotto HQ this month. Debut Album ‘…Waltzing Alone’ got it’s American release on September 26th and lead single ‘Told You So’ has already become a mainstay on college and AAA radio playlists across the country. Previously unreleased song ‘A Million Miles’ has been chosen by Ballygowan for use in their new TV ad campaign which airs in the UK and Ireland throughout the coming year. Earlier this year, five songs from the band’s debut album ‘…Waltzing Alone’ were playlisted in all Starbucks coffee houses throughout the U.S. In further developments, Hear Music, Starbucks’ in house record label have chosen The Guggenheim Grotto’s ‘Told You So’ to appear on their forthcoming compilation Album to be released later this year. Coca Cola’s new online independent music outlet MyCoke.com are making the Irish trio their Featured ‘Artist of the Month’ this Autumn, including a band profile, news and free music downloads. The band played their last Irish date in Dublin's Crawdaddy on Oct. 7th (appearing as special guests to The Willard Grant Conspiracy) before traveling to the U.S. on Oct. 12th for a month long nationwide tour to promote their debut release.
