Agitated Radio Pilot "Your Turn To Go It Alone"
------------------------------------------------------------------
A lynchpin of the Deserted Village collective, David Colohan has been exploring lonely trajectories for many years as Agitated Radio Pilot. "Your Turn To Go It Alone" sees the pilot draw haunted airs and comforting campfire ballads from the midlands forest mists. This double 3" e.p of spectral loner-folk is housed in a handmade mini-gatefold sleeve.
Plinth “Victorian Machine Music”
-------------------------------------------
Plinth have been picking up airplay on Resonance FM in London (the radio-wing of The Wire Magazine) with "Victorian Machine Music", with Victrola vibes woven with ghosts in musical machines, all music was sourced from the creaking, winding, piping, chiming and wood-knocking of victorian parlour music machines with recordings sourced from vinyl, cassette archives, internet resources and field recordings.
So Cow "Best Vacation Ever"
----------------------------------------
A kindred spirit of Ariel Pink, Why? and Calvin Johnson, So Cow’s "Best Vacation Ever" e.p. draws on indie-rock and folked-up pop with smart, heartfelt lyrics made by one man and his fourtrack in the West of Ireland and overnight in a recording studio in South East Asia.
