Michael Londra, who is best known as the lead voice of Riverdance on Broadway and the Passion of the Christ Symphony, has released a new album called "Celt". Michael has a stunningly beautiful tenor voice, with contemporary influences such as Brian Kennedy and Enya. The album includes not only traditional Celtic songs, but Michael's own modern compositions. The album is produced and arranged by Grammy winning Steve Skinner (whose credits include the Broadway Soundtrack of RENT, Bette Midler and Celine Dion).
Michael is also known as the Director/Creator of RadioCelt, the largest Celtic radio station on the internet, and has been a leading force in Irish music.
Eoin Colfer (Author of Artemis Fowl) has described Michael's ethereal sound as "a voice to make your heart break and your spirit soar". His recording of Danny Boy has been called "one of the best recordings of this song ever" by The Irish Emigrant.
