1. Red Bridge
The CD compilation Red Bridge (risc007) will be released on Friday, February 11th, 2005.
It features music by:

Line up and door tax for these gigs TBA.
The CD will be in the shops from the 12th, and will cost around ten or eleven euros.
2. Betamax Format
The heavy-vinyl 7-inch single 'XXX Robot'/'Raus Raus' by Betamax Format (risc008) will be the next release. Betamax Format are going on tour with The Wedding Present in February and March. More details soon.
3. Name change
Risc records is the new name for the label. Compactrisc records is no more. This is for various reasons, but we think you'll agree, the new name is easier to spell.
4. New site
To go with the new name, there's a new website: www.riscrecords.com.

5. Zod records night
Risc Records and The Alphabet Set are going to be helping out putting on a night as part of the Zod Records european tour. Here's the details:

The Belvedere, Gt. Denmark Street, Saturday 19th Feb from 10pm until about 3am.
Who or what is Zod records? They're a cool electronic/experimental label from Milwaukee, USA, who've put out stuff by Venetian Snares and the like. More info at www.zodrecords.com.
6. Physical Remix
The physical remix exhibition will be taking place in late February or early March, in conjunction with Blackfort (www.blackfort.org) - more details soon.
