Check out the complaints about the V festival on the same page. Evidently the promoters have learned some lessons from MCD on how to screw the punter.

Actually that festival seems a lot worse then oxegen if possible. Only 2 bank machines, £2 for a bottle of water, none of your own drink in the campsite, searched on the way in and out, £7 for a burger, £10 to find out whos on... mad

Pretty sure that the list Una posted all have exclusive deals with ticketmaster. If you want to put a gig on you have to sell tickets through ticketbastard.

I heard about a few D4 heads at a party and they were trying to make fun of my friend for someone. One kept trying to keep the joke going while another stopped and said to my friend in a very...well i don't think I have the words for it... "that's the way we roll", as if that was some sort of explanation for being twats, talking like twats, and living off their mommie and daddie whilst parking their VWs in UCD and getting back from Greece. Jeez I didnt know I still had a rant in me after working 11 hours. I'm off to bed. I think I'm talking to myself...
