Mogwai and Broken Social Scene added...! Suddenly, EP is now utterly unmissable! They've pulled it out of the bag BIG TIME.

Jim Noir, Mundy, Laura Izibor added too. They haven't pulled it out of the bag yet. Look at the amount of acts Oxegen have for two days. Surely EP should have a third more?

They need to announce many, many more but with Mogwai, PJ, Massive, Numan, Blue Nile, Gnarls Barkley, BSS it's shaping up very nicely...(Hell, I could even put up with Rice and Mundy et al).

I think Electric Picnic is better overall purely because of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs playing, the vibe, the food, the crowd and the setting. But Oxegen has a better line up.

remember its not a 3 day music festival only a 2.5 dayer with music not starting till 6 Friday evening, total cop out. Oxegen kicks EPs indie ass but then EP is about more than indie i suppose. I'm going to both anyway, EP has some very good bands just not enough of them.

I know it's a three-day event, but you can basically come and go as you please, right? Unless the Yeah Yeah Yeahs are playing Friday, I'm not going to head down until Saturday. I won't be forced back in time or anything, will I?

yip, i think some people are planning to sleep in their beds each night and just do days, should be no problem coming and going as you please, just remember you're not hardcore and hang your head in shame!! ;-)

sounds like a brilliant wkend... cant wait... although, yeah alot more acts need to be added for a 3 day event... but the ones they are adding are brilliant (keep missing Mogwai - but NOT this time).. does look like they could be having trouble gettin acts though....
