    speaking of myspace on the forum today... this appeared from The Blizzards today... Well done guys! and best of luck Hey Guys, We're delighted and excited to announce that We've just signed a recording agreement with Universal Records. We're so excited about the coming months which will see us recording our debut Album. A single release and extensive Irish Tour also beckon for April. Thanks a million to all of you who've believed in us and been dead patient over the last couple of months as we've been working on new songs for the Album.     A friend of mine called The Blizzards "the 3rd best band in Mullingar". I thought it was witty, but you'd better get used to that stuff now that yee're headin for big things. I don't know much about the Mullingar music scene, but I did see The Blizzards once and I thought they were f**kin deadly. Best of luck lads

    Fair play to yiz. I saw you last year at Oxegen. Am I right in saying there was a large Mullingar(i think that's your hometown) contingient. anyway the place was packed and yiz didn't disappoint.

    Really good band. Played a charity gig with them last year and was very impressed. I think they're playing with us at our "Stables" gig in March?? (Don't quote me on that, they agreed to do it but that was before being signed, all changes now!!). PUGWASH fans too which made me very honoured but also a bit old as they said they remembered some of my songs when they were kids!! Best of luck to them..... TW.
