Cluas cannot leave itself open to accusations of libel. In fairness I did email you offline asking for you to post a toned down version of the post without direct accusations. The editing of the content of peoples post is not taken lightly but it is sometimes required to protect the cluas itself.

Nomington As Cluas is a provider of an outlet for the freedom of speech for Irish musicians and fans alike, it represents a form of independent voice of Irish Music. While Cluas could never be held directly responsible for the posting of such a topic or accusation - the reason being that the website permits the freedom of speech and states or should state that the views expressed in here are not always the view of the Cluas Management - it must protect itself against the possibility of becoming the third party in a form of slander action. In other words, failing to delete material which may be construed as Liablous or slander or worse even, false, and would pay a very dear price if the information posted was proved to be incorrect. I am not saying that what you say is not true, nor am I saying that it is true, but I am saying that a website like this is not the place to be saying it.
