That Love Is A Number tune is quality. I first heard it on an Erol Alkan mix ages ago which was posted on these very boards;

I'm not as fond of their follow up single Alsation but maybe it's a grower. Their debut album is going to be produced by Paul Epworth (Bloc Party, The Futureheads, Maximo Park, The Rakes) so I'm sure it'll get a lot of press when it's released.
Speaking of Paul Epworth he's produced a couple of singles for a band called Red Organ Serpent Sound who I've seen on MTV2 a few times. Someone told me that the band are actually Irish? Is this true?

Yeah...Red Organ Serpent Sound are from the North as far as I'm aware (I could be wrong though). They have a decent track called 'In Search Of Orgasmuz' on a Faction Records compilation cd.

They're supporting dEUS tonight (or last night, if this is saturday). I shall engage my critical faculties henceforth.

yeah, dEUS were dead good. Wouldve liked a bit more Ideal Crash but delighted I heard "Fell Off The Floor Man" live. And Theme From Turnpike!! Nice lights too.

Atlantic Records UK. They are due to release their debut album early next year. And I'm betting it's gonna be one worth investigating.
