Hey all
As i approach my 30th year on this planet I am starting to feel an urgent need to have something which makes me get off my arse and get fitter again!... The Marlboro Red's have to go....
Would anyone have any interest in meeting once a week in dublin, weekends say or midweek and playing football with a view to possibly sending a team down to Galway for the 5-asides next summer?
Send us your thoughts!

play a lot of 6-a-side, but not in dublin! probably just as well - nobody wants a re-enactment of kieron dyer vs lee bowyer i'm sure...

We'd have you and Jules on different teams so you two could hack away to your hearts content.

that would almost be worth making the trip up for - if it wasn't for my mahatma ghandi-like abhorrence of violence of course.

Are you suggesting that Rev Jules and jmc105 are the Cluas equivalent of Newman and Baddiel's 'The History Professors' ? Hmm ? Just a bit ?

imagine a cluas sponsored charity 5 a side tournament?
i bet most irish bands would be able to field a team.
there could be a singer songwriter team too.
ah, the prospects.
