The Flaming Lips have recorded a new tune Mr. Ambulance Driver for the soundtrack to the film Wedding Crashers. Rarther than fork out €15 for a CD with only one tune I want on it, I tried to download the Flaming Lips track off itunes. The site would allow me to download several indivdual tunes off the album but not that one. I could only get Mr. Ambulance Driver if I downloadd the entire album for a tenner. Naturally enough I think this is a bit of a rip off. There doesn't seem to be any plans to release the track as a single and although it will be included on the next Flaming Lips album that's not due to be released until 2006. Does anyone know anywhere besides itunes where I can download the tune?
