Just had a look at the Oxegen timetable. Apparently Joe Chester and Kerbdog are playing at the same time. Boll*cks !

Hypotethically, what would you have done if the clash was the case ? I was glad I caught Joe, instead of staying til the end of qotsa. He seemed grateful. I noticed it with Future Kings of Spain too, very appreciative of the few people that didnt go see the bigboys that were on at the same time ... qotsa, interpol, killers, kasabian, green day. The few that went to see little old them. An idea I was proposing in the campsite on Sunday night. Would it be better, to have the Green Room/New Band Tents in no order of preference ? i.e. not a sliding scale of little band to big band, & say have The Tears on at 2 o'c & maybe Mainline on at 10. Mix it up. Give them a chance to get a crowd in. I'd also like to know what genius put the new band & Green room so far apart. Logic would be that a certain amount of people would be spending alot of the day between the two. they have always been side by side, so why change a winning formula ?

Probably would have opted for Kerbdog as I was in the mood for a good mosh. I found the layout of the site difficult as well, especially when I was trying to get to Kerbdog's set on the Ticket Stage and had to wade through the thousands of wannabe homies grooving to Snoop Dogg and his "bitches".
