oxegen line up change

    Just got an email update to say that Engineers will not be playing Oxegen as previously billed, Mono Band will be replacing them. Other changes include: Jimmy Chamberlain Complex replaced by Republic Of Loose Countermine replaced by Sylvia Saint It's a pity cos I was looking forward to checking out Engineers but I'll survive..

    About time that Republic Of Loose were added. I saw The Engineers support Bloc Party recently and they were pretty bad. Maybe it was an off night for them but I woudn't seek them out again after it.

    Countermine, i was wrecking my head trying to figure out where i knew them from. As far as im aware they opened for the charlies in whelans last year. I always assumed that the loose were on the oxegen lineup, cant believe that they werent...best performance last year by a long shot

    Yeah totally agree there Klootfan. I saw about 30 acts last year and the Republic Of Loose were by far the best of the weekend.
