"RTÉ RnaG unveils new youth service Anocht fm, RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta's dedicated service for younger listeners featuring English-language songs, will be launched next month. Described as a radical departure from mainstream RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta programming, Anocht fm begins on Monday 2 May 2005, broadcasting seven days a week between 9pm and 1am. Rónán Mac Aodha Bhuí will present 'Géill Slí' ('Give Way'), a programme mixing the best music, studio guests and competitions on weekday evenings from 9.02pm to 11pm. Now in its sixth year, 'An Taobh Tuathail' ('The Other Side' or 'Flipside') will now be broadcast from 11pm to 1am and, for the first time, presenters will be able to play songs with English-language lyrics. Another highlight of the Anocht fm schedule is Áine Hensey's singer-songwriter-driven Saturday night music show 'An Ghealach Ghorm' ('Blue Moon')."
