My, aren't the Moderator's popular round here all of a sudden!? Whilst we try to keep intervention to a minimum, sometimes needs must. So, while we are in the limelight, a few quick words on another matter pertaining to the integrity of this board. For the record, as with all such websites, posts are tracked by IP, browser type even down to screen resolution. As a result we can see where y'all come from. 99.9% of the time, this info is of zero interest to us, but it has become apparent in recent times that people are using multiple aliases to post to the board - in particular, using multiple aliases to big up their favourite band. Whilst this is hardly a def-con one situation, it is against the spirit of the board and is downright irritating. So, bottom line is that we know when this is happening. We have no interest in having to chase/close off individual members for this practice but if it continues, it will leave us little option. So (you know who you are, we know who you are) please do everyone a favour and use the board in the manner it is intended. Thanks VMS
