Other than that - all good.
Thats a fair enough point but in my defence I'm basing the gig guide around stuff that I know of and as my tastes tend to only touch on electronica (four-tet and the likes) and not on DJ's at all so I'm pretty ignorant of what worth checking out in those areas but I've tried to include stuff from that area that I do know (Rahzel, Autamata and Life After Modellings second inclusion was down to the fact that I could plug Neosupervital as a support act), even then I don't always plug gigs that I myself would be go to but stuff that I think people would be interested in (I don't like Declan O'Rouke myself but he's making waves so he's got a couple of mentions).
And yes, Nouvelle Vague should have been included (if for no other reason than the M83 connection. Hey, theres another electronica act I like) but I missed seeing it when I was looking through the calender for gigs in that period.
There is a link where people can submit gigs for consideration on the gigs of the fortnight page and if anyone feels that there is something that is really worth checking out in any genre that they are more then welcome to let me know about it. Actually if there was some amazing electronica act playing Longford I'd love to hear about it, it's hard to find stuff outside Dublin/Cork/Limerick/Galway/Derry/Belfast. I think the focus on the band/singer-songwriter thing (besides my tendancy to like that sort of thing and thus know more about whats going on in those areas) is also a reflection of what gigs are happening here.
