    Can someone help? I heard that the Killers will be playing with Franz Ferdinand in the Olympia on the 12/13 October. is this true? thanks in advance for any help

    It is indeed the Kills supporting Franz. The Kills are a two piece guy/girl blues/rock affair..you might have heard their single 'Fried My Little Brains'..they also do a cover version of Captain Beefheart's 'Drop Out Boogie', they've been compared to the White Stripes a bit but are more Royal trux I think.

    Yeah I would go along. I've been slowly won over by Franz Ferdinand too (esp. after Oxyegen) - great live band IMHO, the place will be stuffed and there should be a really good atmosphere!
