"What is your favorite band" and "your favorite CD from that band" and "the bands website" Ok so here goes,, My favorite band would have to be Puddle of Mudd, I just love their style and the lyrics they are amazing... Now my favorite Cd from the band would have to be LIFE ON DISPLAY it's the newest album it came out in november so it's at stores now to pick up and check out, it rocks... Now the bands website is www.puddleofmudd.com it has got to be one of the best official websites for a band out their... b/c they always update it very often and there are many clips and stuff to check out... Now what do you guys think of them? Any other POM fans here?

Puddle of Mudd really isn't really my cup of tea, bit too much teenage angst for me, but to each his own as they say. I can't say I've got a single favourite band and it would take ages to list all my favourites, but here are a few. SchneiderTM http://www.schneidertm.com/ - The future of pop music. Lali Puna http://www.lalipuna.de/ - Nico meets New Order in the 21st century Solex http://www.solex.net/ - quirky electronica from the Netherlands. Solex creates songs mainly from sampling the records she can't sell in her own record store. Her brilliant cover version of the Stooges 1969 can be downloaded from the site. Adult. http://www.ersatzaudio.com/ - The funnest, buzziest, punkiest, techno/electronica ever! Chicks on Speed http://www.chicksonspeed.com/index3.html - Does what it says on the tin, very fun :) The Tycho Brahe http://thetychobrahe.com/ One of my favourite Irish bands, capable of being intelligent without being pretentious.

Couldn't make a decision on my one 'favourite' band cos there are too many to pick one, likewise too many albums to pick just one - but my favourite 'at the moment' is Peaches, her new record, 'Fatherf*cker', is amazin, it's a breath of fresh air. She does a song with Iggy Pop that alone makes it worth buying. I'm going to hunt down her other album 'The Teaches of Peaches' at the weekend. I'm afraid to look at her website in work for fear of what might come up!

I'm not a fan of miss potty-mouth herself, but if you like Peaches, you should take a listen to Chicks on Speeds latest album 99c. Theres a track on there called "we don't play guitars" which features peaches adding some vocals and (ironically enough) adding a kick-ass guitar solo. This is is possibly one of the best dumb dance/rock songs I've heard in ages, it reminds me of early beastie boys or that aerosmith/Run DMC song "walk this way". Oh, and you gotta love a song that features the lines "We like to use gaffa tape but we don’t play guitars / Give us your gaffa tape, we don’t want your guitars" The only downside is the album isn't actually as cheap as its title suggests.

Favourite rock bands/artists is always an impossible question, but for the moment I'm hooked on Ron Sexsmith and his "Cobblestone Runway" album. www.ronsexsmith.com He's great live too I saw him in the Summer. The new album is full of ballads mostly that are unbelievably addictive and he's got a very expressive type of voice. And they say Bryan Adams is Canada's finest export, yeah right...... That's my favourite right now but it will probably be something else next week...... Q2

MMMMM, favourite band eh? Well as most others say, it's hard to pin point what exactly my favourite band is, of the moment and here and now it would be.... Neil Young and Crazy Horse - Greendale. I got this album recently and it's fabulous, plus the bonus DVD of him acoustic in Vicar street gives another edge to what the album sounds like. Belle And Sebastian - Tigermilk It's a superb album from this lot, I think probably their best album and my fav track off it would be Electronic Renaissance and their site would be www.Belleandsebastian.co.uk
