Hailing from Clane in County Kildare, Planet Parade
have been playing
in bands together since childhood. In the last 2 years they swapped
instruments and changed their musical approach. They are an energetic,
off-kilter/melodic/indie/ pop/rock band whose strength lies in their
live performances. Their new 4 track E.P, to be self-released in the
Autumn, showcases the band's idiosyncratic sound and wide ranging
musicality.

Charm Offensive are a mixed-bag quintet, also based in Kildare. Taking influence
from many places, but managing to sound distinctly unlike anyone else
(including themselves), their songs range from slow melodies to
up-tempo driven tunes. They are continuously writing and creating, the
nucleus of all their work being a desire to craft strong songs;
accessible, but different. Currently can be found practicing in a
kitchen near you.
