Following the example of half the developed world CLUAS last week launched its presence on Facebook. If you are a CLUAS regular and also have a Facebook profile be sure to 'fan us' on the CLUAS Facebook page. A hundred or so have done so already. In doing so you'd also help spread the word about the site, kind of importannt considering many people seem to spend more and more time on Facebook, good to give them an occasional tip about heading off to another corner of the ould interweb thing.

One good thing that came out of setting up the Facebook proofile was that I managed to learn some new funky techie stuff. For example, I learnt how you can consolidate a number of different RSS feeds into one single RSS feed (in total 9 different CLUAS RSS feeds have not been rolled up into one, resulting in most new content on CLUAS now appearing autmatically on the CLUAS Facebook page). Funky as I said, eh?
