ROCHEE & THE SARNOS (UK) In1982, Rochee And The Sarnos took their first tremulous steps toward superstardom. Lord Herbert Sarongster III, after several years on the London Rockabilly scene, decided that he would form a band along the lines of the Legendary Stardust Cowboy and Hazil Adkins, and he created Rochee and the Sarnos. The style was based on skiffle, combined with wild Rockabilly, and a Mexican flavour was added to the mix. The emphasis was always on never taking themselves seriously and producing a really bizarre sound and a great show for all. http://www.rocheeandthesarnos.co.uk/ THE JOSEPHS WARNING! Occasional gobs of spit and free flying sweat can rain down on you if you get to close to the front man of this Punk Mod Pop band. Screaming and stomping their way through their forty minute set you are not likely to forget this band’s violently energetic sound in too much of a hurry. Whilst their sound is reminiscent of The Ruts, The Buzzcocks and the Undertones with a hefty dollop of The Who and Small faces thrown in. this band's style and swagger still refuses to be pigeonholed too easy. Currently preparing to do what they do best, get back on stage and play live , their audience of Punks, Mods, Teds, Rockabillies and anyone else who thinks their tough enough wait eagerly. Brothers and Sisters be warned do not miss this band http://www.myspace.com/thejosephsdublin THE REVELLIONS The Revellions were forged amidst a haze of frustration and red neon lights in the early days of 2006. It was then in late 2007 when the men met the newest Revellion. A wailing blues singer named Al Moore. With a pounding rhythm section, a swirling and moody organ player, a guitar player that shoots out daunting riffs like early morning target practice and a psychotic vocalist that screams like a drunken banshee, The Revellions know how to keep it primitive. Their Debut album will be released during the summer. http://www.myspace.com/therevellions LOS IMBASILS (UK) Los Imbasils are Bristol's FRATROCK supergroup. Influenced by Sam The Sham, the Trashmen, the Kingsmen and the Sonics, the band are four guys and one gal, complete with vintage amps, Vox organ, matching guitars & slick outfits! Loud, sloppy, amateurish, sweaty, goofy, exuberant and ready to burst - Los Imbasils are the TRUE spirit of late 50s/early 60s Americana! http://www.myspace.com/losimbasils
