Heard this on Phantom News this morning (along with the fact that Muse will be playing in a field somwhere - vital stuff that), apparently she claims that she didn't want to keep contributing to global warming by flying everywhere. Freaking do-gooder eco weenies. Maybe someone should remind her next time she's going on her hols? I mean I can understand not liking flying, I hate it too, though not in the Mr. T sense of fear of flying, I just hate airports, but one person not flying just means another cheap ryanair seat for someone else.
If she felt that strongly, might I suggest a "long way round" style overaland world tour by bus? now that's hardcore.
