Pretty good... but enough about them. What really impressed me was support act Fight Like Apes. I know they're a fairly big band in certain circles, but it was the first time I'd seen them and I was a little surprised they were playing second fiddle to a band who (as good as they are) wouldn't have a huge amount of clout. Anyway, I thought it was a fantastic, loud, manic thirty minutes. They had the crowd in the palm of their hand by the end and even though I only know one or two songs I was a little disappointed to see them go. You could really see them sweating up there. She's a marvellous singer too and the pogo-synthing was first class. The only downside was a new song they played called (I think) You're Fired, which stuck out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of their set. Apart from that, excellent. Very memorable show.
