DEATH VIA SATELLITE XMAS PARTY Fri 21/12/07 : w/ AUTOBAN // THE NEON STARS & GUESTS

Death Via Satellite is a rocktacular, electro/new wave/indie night that holds court once a month in Eamonn Dorans, Dublin. The night is brought to you by MENDOZA, Dublin's new-wave/rock/indie/electro hybrid, bringing the best bands to you with minimum fuss and maximum noise

After 10 great shows on Tuesday nights, where we've already seen the likes of Love Lies Sleeping (L.A., USA), The Kits (Australia), Queen Kong, alazurussoul, Mendoza, The Ultra Montanes, Kopek, mojoFURY, Fight Like Apes, DC Pakt, Orphan Code & Stagger Lee play storming shows, we've moved to Friday nights so that hangover can be dealt with on a Saturday in bed rather than Wednesday in work...

Our next show is the annual mayhem that is our Christmas party on Friday 21st December in Eamonn Dorans, line up includes sleazy disco rock courtesy of AUTOBAN, with tipped new indie pretenders THE NEON STARS keeping the stage warm. More guests TBA with DJ's TOY DISCO manning the decks from 11.30 with a heady mix of electro & indie for all...

Doors open at 8.45, admission a paltry €8. With DJ’s til late beaming in rock/electro/indie/new wave/post punk, come early for the bands, stay late for drinking, dancing, debauchery and Death Via Satellite...

Extra band added, the indie rock stylings of The Kartels (www.myspace.com/thekartels). On stage 9.15 ish. Festive jumpers or flashing ties may result in cheaper entry (and undeniable cool)...
