Saturday night 14th Dec in Da2 Part 2 of the cpu weekender The opening honours will be done by 'Supergroup' Rats of the Shining Path coming together for a rare live performance, the band consists of Mik and Podge Pyro from Johnny Pyro and the Rock Coma and Annie Tierney and lucy Clarke formerly of Chicks. The Rats sound is a soulful blend of country/blues/rock n roll, beautiful vocal haromines of siblings mik and annie make this one to come early for. Next up is Da Capo, With two albums so far to their name, this band successfully blend dance grooves, acoustica and good guitar rock n roll to forge their pretty unique sound. Headline act and final act of the CPU weekender are Dublin based limerick born outfit Zeppo.
