Sketch comedy group Diet of Worms (http://www.myspace.com/dietofworms) are playing The Village on July 5th with support from Jarlath Regan. The show is a warm up ahead of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The five-piece group have made some impressive inrodes (spelling?) into the Irish comedy scene by this last year, culminating in a sell-out show at Whelan's in January. They are joined on the night by rising star stand-up comedian Jarlath Regan, who is also Edinburgh bound.
