I randomly wandered into Dorans last saturday night bored and sober as this band Kojii were coming on stage. I never heard of them but there was some serious guitar coming from downstairs and I thought "that sounds like it rocks" I get through the crowd and there's this hot young one coming on stage with her fishnets thigh-high boots, chains and some serious sexy buzz hanging off her. So I'm expecting some hot chick in a rock band singing all sweet and nice while the fellas do all the hard work...
well can I just say!

There was nothing "nice and sweet" about the singer. I thought she was about to rip her clothes off in the last song she was going so mad haha

Jaysus I haven't seen anyone move like that since Juliette and the Licks! This girl was raw sex on legs. Everyone was just watching with their tongues hanging out while they moshed and danced away to some deadly tunes. I wasn't sure whather to be jealous of the singer or just get carried away alongside her.
And the music, well let me tell ye, the set just got harder and harder and harder, faster and faster, better and better.

I got home anyway and googled them. I figured they must've been yanks...but they're from bleedin' Tallaght!!! And she's yer wan off TV3, ya know the one who sings, at the ads like.

I'll be at their next gig for sure.

I just wanted to spread the word coz it's nice to finally see a band shaking it up a bit.
