Jeff Martin is a Canadian guitarist/singer-songwriter best known for fronting the rock band The Tea Party. He began his career as a solo artist in October 2005 when The Tea Party disbanded. Jeff will play concerts in Ireland (early June), Canada (early July), Norway (August), Holland (mid Sept.) and Germany (Sept.) this summer and makes an appearance at The Sessions Club, Music Factory, Carlow on Saturday June 2nd, accompanied by Wayne P. Sheehy (drummer with Catus World News and for a time with the Hot House Flowers). This is a rare occasion to catch Jeff Martin in such a small venue.

With a recent top 40 chart placing, Dry County have been regular players in Irish venues and over two years, doing a number of their own tours and playing with and supporting the likes of God Is An Astronaut, Whipping Boy, Jape, Messiah J & The Expert, James Yorkston and Jimmy Edgar. They have also featured at events and festivals such as Hard Working Class Heroes, Bud Rising, Electric Picnic, IMRO showcase tour and Pop Komm. Their music has been played across the national airwaves by Donal Dineen, Dan Hegarty, Tom Dunne, Alison Curtis, Donna Legg, Leagues O’Toole and the Lazybird favourite Cian O’Ciobhain.
