The band released a brace of critically acclaimed singles through Transgressive earlier this year, Won’t You Come Around in April and Pep in August, both of which drew comparisons to the likes of Can and My Bloody Valentine courtesy of their hypnotic, sun-drenched melodies. They also put in a startling performance at this years SXSW festival in Austin Texas.
Having formed just over a year ago in Manchester (although Dylan and Yuri have been making music together since their schooldays in Devon), a string of acclaimed live performances towards the end of last year, including an astounding set at In The City, saw the band picking up plays on Radio 1 as well as some glowing column inches in the music press.
They are currently putting the finishing touches to their debut album which will be released through Shatterproof on the bands own imprint Kings and Creatures, early spring 2007.
