Hi
My name is Jon Swingler and I work for a company that specialises in sourcing creative people to take part in Market Research projects across the UK and Europe.
We are currently building a pool of people in Dublin for use on projects over there, and we were wondering whether you possibly knew of anyone living in that city or surrounding area that you think might like to start getting involved.
The pool we are building is exactly the same as the one we built in London a couple of years ago, and goes by the same name; SuperGroup! It has proved incredibly successful over here, and we have just as high hopes for it's success in Ireland.
The first project we have over there starts in April and successful applicants will be paid £125 (180 euros) to spend a day with us learning some creative techniques and exercises, and then a further £150 (216 euros) per day for actually taking part in the creative projects we will be recruiting for over there.
Essentially, we put money were your mouth is!
As usual we are looking for people that possess what we consider to be the four most important qualities for an excellent respondent to have:
Eloquence - You can have the most innovative ideas in the world, but if you can't express them, how are others to learn from you?
Enthusiasm - Going through the motions isn't enough, we need people who really look forward to taking part in these projects
Creativity - Whether creative-thinking or actually creating something, the ability to come up with something 'new' is vital to the innovation process
An Open Mind - Your ideas, until proven, are only as good as everyone else's, the real skill is to take a concept or product, and make it better
We're looking for men and women aged 20 - 55 years old, that have no problem voicing their opinions or ideas to a group of people, and fancy the chance to getting involved in a research approach that looks more at the creative issues behind brands and develops ideas, strategies and courses of action that brands can take in any of the following areas; New Product Development, Advertising, Public Relations, Brand Positioning and Product Assessment and Improvement.
No previous experience in these areas is really necessary at all, but it can help, though any lack of experience can easily be made up for with good old-fashioned enthusiasm! We usually use people in SuperGroup around 4 times per year, and the projects usually last for two days, with breakfast and lunch thrown in too.
We will be coming over to Dublin to meet the potential candidates on the 8th & 9th of April, where we can chat through in more detail what we are planning to do, and to answer any questions they may have. But what we plan to do now is initially find the people who want to take part and get them to send us a letter or email explaining just why they think they'd make a great addition to the creative pool we are building.
During the chat; which will only take 20 minutes or so, the potential pool members will also be given a couple of 'creativity tests' to complete and post back to us , so we can get a clearer idea of just how creative they are - don't worry, it's not rocket science by any stretch of the imagination, and it's a fantastic excuse to do some colouring-in!
It would be great if you could possibly forward this email to anyone you know living in Dublin or the surrounding area, so they can register their interest directly with us at the following email address: info@interiority-recruitment.com and we can send them some more details and answer any immediate questions they may have.
Thanks ever so much for taking the time to read through this and forward it on if applicable, we really appreciate it.
Kindest regards
Jon Swingler
