folks, i'm on the lookout for suitable rehearsal space in the Dublin area (north), ideally to share with other people. it would be only myself + drumkit. The neigbhours finally issued a last warning which would result in physical punishment if not adhered to.... I'm 29 and have been playing drums for the past 15 years with different people in Germany and Ireland. So, a small corner and reasonable rent would do the trick.
