We are a 4 piece Dublin-based band looking to rent rehearsal space on a continuing basis. Essentially all we require is a single medium sized room(with basics such as light ,heat and power) that would be made available to us on an exclusive basis. Ideally we would like to share the room with another band so as to bring rental costs down. We would be prepared to do a reasonable amount of work should the room not be in prefect condition presently and would also be aiming to do soundproof work anyway. Therefore there are two questions: (1) have you or do you know of such a rehearsal space for rent? (2) If you are already involved in such a venture , do you need a band to share such a facility?
