Hello I'm Conor from The Immediate. Pleased to meet you! - my my, as I'm typing this I'm thinking of all the things I want to say to passing strangers on the street; there's something of a similarity between those vacant expressions and this flat-screened iconography, is there not? Anyway, here's what I came to say: My band THE IMMEDIATE is playing Whelans on Thursday June 1st with support from The Gorgeous Colours, who are very aptly titled in my opinion. Who's Chester. He's not making a very good first impression, I must say. Shoul d take a leaf out of Memaeve's book. It's a leafy one

Well, if you're on our mailing list then you'll have already gotten an email with directions on how to get into Whelans for a fiver YEAH! lucky duck you. If not, go to http://www.theimmediate.tv/flyers.html to print off some reduced admission flyers (8 euro) - print them off any way you like, no need for colour or anything.. See you thursday xx
