Howya The Dudley Corporation w/guests Oppenheimer The French Letter A The Boom Boom Room, Dublin June 23rd. The Corpo make a rare Dublin appearance with tonights show, part of a last small spate of Irish gigs before a haitus from touring Europe that will stretch into summer '07. The band will soon release their 3rd album on Absolutely Kosher records, recorded in Ireland, the US, France and other fancy places in venues like the legendary Inner Ear studios in Washington DC (home of Fugazi!!). The rest of 2006 and early 2007 will see the Corpo tour the US, Japan and Australia, if their mams will let them. Support comes from Belfast popsters Oppenheimer, newly signed to Bar none records (home of the Lemonheads) and The French Letter A, a new outing for those auld souls formerly know as Joan of Arse.
