set in whatever fashion they wish.

ABOUT THE PERFORMERS
MATT LUNSON & THE LAST HURRAH:
In April 2005, Tasmanian-born songwriter Matt Lunson
released his debut album ¡®¡¯Miss Vaughan¡¯¡¯ to much
praise and critical acclaim. The album showcased
Lunson¡¯s exquisite voice and highly intelligent
song-craft, marking him out as a uniquely talented and
accomplished artist ¨C one not to be missed.
¡° ¡listening to Miss Vaughan, it's clear that Matt
Lunson's debut is an exercise in lucid
loveliness¡Factor in lyrical epiphanies and you get an
album that sparkles and shines¡¡±
The Irish Times
GAVIN GLASS & THE HOLY SHAKERS:
Gavin Glass is busy recording the follow-up to his gem
of a debut album ¡®¡¯I¡¯d like the world to teach me how
to sing¡±. An up-coming tour abroad with his superb
band, the Holy Shakers, is in the pipe-line. Expect
Americana/country-soul/rock (a la the Band) played
with buckets of passion and charm: brilliant songs
inspired by break-ups, make-ups, life & death.
JENNY LINDFORS:
Jenny Lindfors is a musician who has the ability to
amaze, surprise, comfort and spoil her audience all at
the same time. Luscious vocals, beautiful
arrangements, capricious piano/guitar playing combined
with song-writing of the highest order means any
performance by Jenny Lindfors must come highly
recommended.
Shimmering folk-rock tunes... that superb, subtle
voice is all her own."
Kevin Courtney, Irish Times
"One of those rare voices that just takes over, and
almost eclipses the singer with the size of it's
feeling."
Julia Molony, Sunday Independent
DERRICK DEVINE (& BAND):
Returning to his folk roots after a spell in the
sadly-now-a-ghost rock band ellison9, Derrick Devine
combines dark, intelligent lyrics with a wry,
gin-soaked sensibility to produce songs of defiance,
melancholy, insight and humour. Influenced by the
likes of Nick Cave and Will Oldham, Devine and his
band aim for beauty and rarely miss.
¡®¡enchanting, sublime ¡ intimate, haunting and quite
addictive¡¡¯
