UP IN ARMS Amnesty International Weekender at the Village, Dublin December 2nd, 3rd & 4th Doors Open: 7.30pm Tickets: €18 each night AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL teams up with Dublin’s premiere live music venue THE VILLAGE to present UP IN ARMS, a weekender with one of the most exciting music line-ups assembled in 2005. The gigs are part of Amnesty International’s campaign for a global Arms Trade Treaty to bring the trade in weapons under control and to ensure the introduction of tough new legislation to regulate Ireland’s €5bn a year trade in military and dual use goods. UP IN ARMS takes place over three days and three nights featuring unrivalled live performances and DJ sets from over 21 artists.
