Hi Kids, Gavin Glass is giving the solo acousticy whingy whiney singer songwriter thing a rest ("thanks be to jaysus!!!" - fellow shaker) to plug in and play a full cock-rock extravaganza in crawdaddy saturday 28th August. The Shakers were pretty quiet for August as our leader, Mr Glass, abandoned us to go off and play with ageing country-music yokels Burrito Deluxe around Ireland & the UK, as well as doing a few gigs with folk genius (but cranky bastard) John Martyn. We will playing a stripped down acoustic(ish) set in St Micheals Church as part of the Hard Working Class Hereos thingy on the 3rd Sept.
