Come on not another night of guitar noise, how about some dance musi for a change, DJs playing some old skool bangin tunes . How about some House, Techno, Trance for all the clubbers out there. come on party people, get your glow sticks out u know you want to.

John E, what about D1s club night Traffic in Middle Abbey street every friday? Never been myself as I don't live in Dublin, but they play techno, house and electro. Don't know if its any good, anyone been there so John can have some idea what its like or suggest a good club that can cater to his tastes?

Traffic isn't the best - it's ok if you like your dance music served with a healthy serving of pretentious w**k. The Hustle (Billy Scurry et al) used to be a good club in the Shelter but I believe that it was moved somewhere else and not sure if it's still going - good House music with a proper sweaty club feel!! If techno/harder dance is your thing then you should head to Spirit. Besides that the Noise Party is a good night out with well selected bands and a really well run night - they've an acoustic-type stage with a Jools Holland buzz going on and it's FREE IN!! Jaysus what more do you people want????!!

Should have figured that from the associated D1 recordings record label. They want to be Underground Resistance so bad it hurts!
